What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Money Orders.

If you are in and around the Spokane, Washington area you can also pay by check. Money Order and check accounts are not activated until full payment has been received and deposited.

How long does it take to activate my new account?

All accounts are screened prior to being activated to help fight against spammers and scammers. This means an account is not automatically installed, each account is looked over and contact information is double checked. You can expect an order to be activated relatively swiftly during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Accounts are verified on evenings and weekends; however, there is no guarantee that it will happen as fast as it does during normal business hours.

Accounts used to activated automatically and then would be verified. But because of phishing scam artists and spammers we have had to switch the process around. We know you don't want to be associated with a hosting company that doesn't care who it hosts or what it hosts, so we think this is pretty reasonable.

Can I prepay semi-annually and annually?

Yes! By paying in advance you can save anywhere from five to fifteen percent.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Of course! We have a no questions asked, unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you wish to cancel your hosting within 30 days you will be promptly refunded. Of course we wish for you to stay with us and would appreciate your feedback on why you are leaving, but we want you, our customer, to be happy.

What if I want to cancel my account?

Just login to your billing page and cancel your account. Your account will be good through the end of the current billing cycle. And of course if you have a new account and you cancel before 30 days you will be promptly refunded.

All accounts created within 30 days of cancellation receive a full refund. Accounts paid ahead receive a refund for full unused months (we do not prorate for partial unused months). Refunds for accounts paid ahead are refunded based upon the full monthly rate, not the discounted rate for paying ahead.

Who is your bandwidth provider?

The bandwidth to the data center where our servers are located is provided on gigabit connections by: Time Warner, Verio, Cogent, Alliance, Williams, MFN, Savvis, and ELI.

Where are you located?

In sunny Cheney, Washington, just about 20 minutes outside of also sunny Spokane, Washington.

Where are your servers located?

They are located in a data center in Dallas, Texas. An ideal location that is central to much of the US and provides fast access times to everywhere.
